Youth

At Surbiton Hill we recognise the importance of children and youth in our society and how essential it is to ensure that their foundations are rooted in the Christian faith. We have a wide range of activities to cater for all ages.

Sunday Youth Activities

Every Sunday morning whilst our Worship Service takes place we have our Junior Church where all ages have their own activities.

There is a crèche for the babies and pre-school with toys and supervision.

For ages 3-5 we have Sparklers and for the 5-7s we have All Stars where we learn about God through stories, activities and singing. The 8-11s are catered for by Trailblazers.

For the teenagers, with all those questions that need answering, we have Essentials, where in lively discussion and Bible study the truth of God is revealed and debated.

Faith-based youth clubs

Wednesday Essentials is a youth group where young people meet in their own youth room and relax playing music, pool, eating, debating the issues of the day and just enjoying each other's company. Every evening is finished with an epilogue where something of God's truth is revealed on an issue of the day. They are currently following an Alpha course. The group has weekends away, days out, performs a regular pantomime and takes part in family services.
