'Keeping it Real' with Heather Coupland
Heather and her husband Simon were at St Paul’s Kingston for 14 years where Simon was the Vicar. While they were there she enjoyed building up several parent and toddler groups and a thriving women’s ministry. She also discovered a love for speaking and writing and trained to be a Spiritual Director. Heather speaks candidly about her desire to follow God and the ups and downs along the way. She loves destroying the stigma attached to mental health issues by sharing about her own struggles. The theme of her talk is ‘Keeping it Real ̶ cultivating honesty in our relationship with God’.
